A: Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional $12.99.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after an order is placed?
A: You can change your shipping address within 1 hour of placing the order by visiting your "Order History" page and clicking "Modify Address."

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. However, express shipping is not available for these addresses.

## Returns & Refunds Policy
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window for most unused items in their original packaging. Final sale items and clearance products are non-returnable.

Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Log into your account, select the order you wish to return, and click "Start Return." You will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email. A $6.00 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. It may take an additional 3-5 days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

## Payment & Security
Q: Which payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For orders over $500, we also offer Klarna (4 interest-free installments).

Q: My payment was declined, what should I do?
A: Please check that your billing address matches your credit card statement exactly. If you are using a VPN, try disabling it. Contact support if the issue persists after two attempts.

## Product Care & Longevity
Q: How do I clean my premium fabrics?
A: We recommend hand-washing in cold water with a gentle detergent. Lay flat to dry — never use a tumble dryer for silk or organic cotton blends.

Q: Is there a warranty on my purchase?
A: All products include a 180-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
