Platform Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of AsroChat. By deploying our SDK or hitting our API endpoints, you acknowledge acceptance of these governance protocols. This is a binding agreement.
1. Access & Security
You are the sole custodian of your API keys. Any unauthorized activity triggered via your endpoints is your responsibility. Rate limits ensure cluster stability.
2. Usage Billing
Credits are consumed per AI task completion. They carry over indefinitely. Tier modifications take effect on the next billing cycle. No expiry on paid credits.
3. System Integrity
Attempts to scrape RAG vectors or reverse-engineer provided binaries (SDK) will result in immediate termination with no credit refund eligibility.
4. Global Delivery
Services are delivered at the edge. While we aim for 100% vector availability, maintenance Windows will be broadcasted 48 hours in advance via our Status page.
